How to Play Connect Four Against AI
Pick your mode
Choose "Play vs AI" to take on a model yourself, or "Watch AI vs AI" to pick two models and spectate.
Choose your color
Orange always drops first. Pick your discs and your opponent from the live OpenRouter model list, then start.
Get four in a row
Click a column to drop a disc. Connect four horizontally, vertically or diagonally before the AI does. Watch out, models love the center column.

Is playing Connect Four against AI really free?
Yes. Everyone gets three free games per day across all our AI games. No signup, no credit card, no downloads. The limit resets every 24 hours.
How good are AI models at Connect Four?
They understand the rules and usually block obvious threats, but they miss diagonal setups more often than a human would. Building a double threat is the classic way to beat them. Every move is validated server-side, so the AI can never cheat.
