Terms of Service

The Services are provided by Promptslove LLC, a limited liability company organized in Virginia, United States (“Promptslove”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, making a purchase or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Promptslove provides digital content and tools, including:

• AI prompts and prompt collections, video and social hooks
• n8n automation templates and workflows
• Custom GPT configurations, cheatsheets and Claude skills
• Scripts, WordPress plugins and desktop applications
• Courses, tutorials and community areas
• Free AI tools and AI games on promptslove.com, and AI generators for members

Paid content is delivered digitally inside your members account at members.promptslove.com. Desktop applications are downloaded from that account.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or make a purchase.
• Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• An account is for one person. Do not share your login or resell access. We may limit or suspend accounts that show signs of sharing.
• Keep your password safe and tell us at contact@promptslove.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Membership plans

Promptslove offers two paid plans. Both are a single one-time payment granting lifetime access to the plan’s content for as long as we operate the Services (see section 17). There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal and no subscription to cancel.

• Prompter unlocks the prompt and template library: the prompts pack, the Gen AI prompts pack, video hooks, social hooks, custom GPTs, n8n templates and cheatsheets, including updates to those libraries.
• Premium includes everything in Prompter and adds the AI generators, the course library, Claude skills, ready-made scripts, the desktop applications for macOS and Windows, and the premium community areas.

Buying Prompter does not grant Premium features. Prompter members may later buy Premium as a separate one-time payment; the two purchases are independent and Premium is not discounted by a prior Prompter purchase unless we say otherwise at the time of sale. AI generators may have fair-use limits per plan, shown in your account.

Payment and taxes

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of the transaction. Dodo Payments’ own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment. Your card details are handled by Dodo Payments and never reach our servers. Dodo Payments calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST for your region. Prices are shown in USD; the final amount including tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Price changes and offers

We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects access you have already bought. Limited-time offers state their own conditions and end dates.

When the contract is formed

The contract is formed when Dodo Payments confirms your payment and the plan is applied to your account, usually within seconds. You will receive a confirmation by email. If access is not applied automatically, contact contact@promptslove.com and we will apply it manually.

• Your plan is applied to your account automatically after payment.
• Libraries, templates and courses are available inside the members area, not sent as attachments.
• Desktop application installers are downloaded from your account and are tied to it.
• If something does not work, contact contact@promptslove.com and we will help.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: because access to digital content starts immediately, purchases are generally not refundable once you have access.

We promise that paid content will match its description at the time of purchase and work as described. If it does not, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or, if we cannot do that within a reasonable time, give you a price reduction or refund. Consumers in the EU/UK have legal rights for digital content that is not as described or not supplied (for example under EU Directive 2019/770 and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015); these rights cannot be excluded and are not affected by anything in these Terms.

Content libraries change over time. We may add, update or retire individual items, and we aim to keep the overall value of a plan at least equal to what was described when you bought it.

All content in the Services, including prompts, templates, code, text, images, videos, logos and software, is owned by Promptslove or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

When you buy a plan, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• use the content for personal and commercial projects;
• modify and customize it for your own use or your clients’ projects;
• create derivative works based on templates.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share or publish our content as a collection, library or product, free or paid;
• claim ownership of our original content;
• use our content to build a competing prompt, template or course product;
• scrape, bulk-download or extract the libraries by automated means.

You agree not to use the Services, or anything you get from them, to:

• break any law or anyone else’s rights, including privacy, copyright and trademark rights;
• create spam, malware, phishing, scams or deceptive deepfakes;
• generate illegal, abusive, hateful or sexually explicit content involving minors;
• harass or harm anyone, or post others’ personal data without permission;
• interfere with the Services, bypass usage limits, or probe our systems without permission;
• break the terms of the AI platforms you use our prompts with (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google).

You keep ownership of what you post in community areas, support tickets and feature requests. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content to run the Services. You are responsible for what you post.

Reporting illegal content: if you see content on our Services that you believe is illegal, email contact@promptslove.com with the link, an explanation of why it is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. We will review it promptly and let you know what we decided.

If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you why (unless the law prevents us), and you can ask us to review the decision by replying to that message. EU users may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act.

• Our AI tools, games and generators produce output automatically using third-party AI models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to content produced for others. Check it before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety matters.
• As between you and us, you own the output you generate, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for how you use it, including making sure it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data or other people’s personal data into AI tools.
• See our AI Transparency page for which providers process your inputs.

Free tools and AI games are provided free of charge, with daily usage limits. We may change, limit or remove them at any time. To enforce limits we use the device check described in our Cookie Policy.

The Services link to and work with third-party platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, WordPress and Notion). We do not control them, and their terms apply to your use of them. Changes they make may affect how our content works with them.

Apart from the promises in section 7 and any rights you have by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific business results, earnings or outcomes from using our content, and we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities;
• our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid anything.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are an EU/UK consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care.

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms (for example by sharing or reselling access, fraud, or abuse), or if the law requires it. Where reasonable we will warn you first and tell you why. Losing access because you broke these Terms does not entitle you to a refund, unless the law says otherwise.

We may update the Services and these Terms, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. For material changes to these Terms we will give members at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the members area before they apply. If we ever decide to shut down the Services, we will give at least 60 days’ notice and a way to download the content you are entitled to where that is possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and the courts of Virginia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in the courts where you live.

• These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your account or these Terms. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the Services, without reducing your rights.
